The Barracuda walk behind beach cleaner, backed by a manufacture with 40 years of experience building beach cleaning equipment.

All major equipment manufacturers have developed Rubber Track Drive Systems in the past few years because of less compaction and greater stability on soft ground. Taking advantage of this, the new track Barracuda beach cleaner model prevents compaction while aiding in operator's comfort. The track suspension creates less effort and less vibrations compared to older models' cleaners. The Barracuda beach cleaner is an excellent choice for working on the sensitive beach environment and because of its size, it will produce less disruption to sand areas. It also works well in beach volleyball sand courts areas. This track Barracuda beach cleaner model is designed for sand areas in the small to medium size range and is well suited for soft sands and has recently been updated with a 2 speed transmission.

This track beach cleaner has little sand compaction because of the extremely low (pounds per square inch) footprint created by the rubber tracks compared to other walk behind beach cleaners. It also has the sifting action behind the drive tracks. The result is very few tire tracks and less compaction on the finished area compared to other older front sifting models on the market.

The Barracuda walk behind can remove plastics, broken glass, cigarette filters, syringes, stones, seashells, weeds, wood, pop-tops, hardened tar balls and animal droppings from beaches, golf bunkers or any sand areas. With the intensive sifting action of the screen, the sand is well aerated allowing the ultraviolet rays of the sun to dry and sanitize the sand. This cleaning process helps eliminate harmful bacteria and is recommended by agencies around the world. By removing plastic debris, it helps prevent the plastic item from breaking down into microplastics. Once in microplastic for, it is harder to remove from our marine ecosystem

All machines work well going straight but the longer the front area is, the more difficult to maneuver in turns.
Tires at the rear of other models unfortunately will compact sand and leave tire tracks even though grooming blades have been added at the rear of the machines.
Engine out front and away from the operator which creates less Heat for the operator on those hot days.
