CleanSands, Inc. Heavy-Duty beach cleaners are tractor attached and not (draw bar) pulled behind. They easily attached to the tractors 3-point hitch system and 540 rpm power take-off. Have intensive vibrating sifting screens action, helps remove small debris better then Tine Raking equipment. This intensive sifting action helps remove plastics item from our beaches which help in preventing plastics from breaking down into microplastic. Once in microplastics form, it is harder to remove from our marine ecosystems.
These Heavy-Duty models have easy changing screens, removable and replaceable front cutting blade, which can be unbolted and replaced in minutes and a heavy-duty transmission and shafts for a peace of mind while performing the task. Additionally, they have fewer moving parts compared to other tow behind models on the market today. These beach cleaners are designed for all conditions and for many years of service. The heavy-duty models are available in 52", 65", 82" and 94" working/processing widths. The debris bin uses a hydraulic piston and cable system to open and close the bin door. The piston is mounted on top of the unit and not in the debris bin like other models on the market today. This protects the piston from being damage by debris entering the bin area. Tractor requirement for the smallest model, the HD52 Dynamic, is a minimum 20-25 HP 4WD, excellent for a compact tractor. If your small tractor is not equipped with a hydraulic rear spool, no problem. This compact tractor attach beach cleaner can be ordered with an optional manual hydraulic lever pump kit.
